Submitting a request through this website is not a confirmed order. All orders are subject to our review and acceptance. We will contact you to confirm details and price.

2. No online payments

This website does not process payments. Payment is arranged directly with us, typically in person or via an agreed method.

3. Reference images

Images you upload are treated as inspiration for your order. We do not guarantee an exact reproduction.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a request before we accept it. Once accepted and confirmed, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom items.

5. Refusal

We reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

6. Allergies

Our kitchen may handle common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs). We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Please inform us of any severe allergies in your order notes.
